Optimal Range for THIS WEEK
If your fasting blood sugar is 95 or below, target to have a maximum peak of 110.
If your fasting blood sugar is above 95 but below 120, your optimal range is between your starting glucose at beginning of meal starting point plus 20-25.
If your fasting blood sugar is above 120, the target for your peak is no more than 25-30 points higher than your pre-meal level.
